What does Khudio do?+
You tell us what you make, teach or do. Khudio helps you decide what to sell and what to charge, then sets up your page, payments or bookings, a WhatsApp button and a link to share.
Do I need to know anything about websites?+
No. You answer a few simple questions in plain words. There is nothing to design, code or configure.
What if I don't know what to sell yet?+
Use "Help me figure it out". Tell us what you know or enjoy doing, and Khudio suggests simple products, classes or services you could start.
Is Khudio really free?+
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes your page, payments, bookings, sharing tools, analytics and the AI assistant.
Do you take a commission on my sales?+
Not on direct UPI or cash — that money goes straight to you. If you switch on Khudio Payments, we collect online payments for you and charge a flat 10% per payment. That's the only fee.
How do my customers pay?+
Your choice: a UPI QR code that pays you directly, cash on delivery for products, or Khudio Payments — UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, collected by us and sent to your bank or UPI.
Can customers book a class or appointment?+
Yes. For classes and services, your page shows your time slots and customers book one. You see every booking in your dashboard.
How do I get my first customers?+
Your dashboard gives you ready-to-send WhatsApp and Instagram messages, a QR code for your page, and a simple checklist of next steps.
